Since getting here, it's been a little less of what I see and more of what I remember. But otherwise, not really, no.

So what do you paint?

I paint things from home. Birds that they don't have around here, mockingjays. Flowers. People I once knew.

What makes you so interested?

I don't know. It sounded important the other day. [ And she's kind of bored and wants to know what people do because... hobbies, need ]

It is important. At least to me it's important.

Do you miss home?

No I don't

Then why do you draw things from it?

I don't have to miss it to paint from it

No, but it doesn't make sense. [ If she didn't like or miss something she'd want to get away from it ]

Sure it does. Panem is the only thing I know well enough to paint from.

Oh. [ That does kind of make sense ] I guess that works.

Do you miss home?

Yeah, I do. [ There's a lot about it that she misses - her friends, her mom, even school (but mostly for friends and Glee) ]

What's it like where you're from? [ Oh look. The conversation is conveniently not about Peeta anymore ]

It's a little like this. [ Ish ] I live in a biggish city. There's shops, places to go, my school, and a lot of people.

If it's anything like this, then it must be a pretty decent place to live.

It has it's moment. It doesn't look like this, though. [ There are definitely bad areas, and people ]

What's it called, where you're from?

I'm from Ohio. Specifically Lima.

Ohio. I've heard of that before. Since coming here, it's been mentioned once or twice.

There's a couple of people I know here, and probably people I don't too. [ It's America, although why Ohio of all places it was bringing people from she didn't know ]

Probably. It makes sense for you to not know everyone from the same place as you.

Yeah, I do. There are five of us here, from three different Districts. [ Does that answer your second question, Quinn? ]
