•  Offensive subjects: I'm alright with most offensive subjects. If you need me to elaborate, let me know.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

•  Hugging this character: Hugging him is okay. His reaction will depend mostly on his canon point. The further along he is in canon, the less favorable the reaction.  
•  Kissing this character: Eh, kissing is... Well, you're free to try, but it'll be much the same as hugging. Really, though, he's only really okay with physical affection that comes from Katniss. Though depending on canon point, he may not even be okay with that.  
•  Flirting with this character: Totally. Have at it!
•  Fighting with this character: Yes. Most definitely.
•  Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Injuring him is most definitely okay. I have no specific severity in mind, so just get in touch with me if it comes up.
•  Killing this character: As a general rule, no. Unless in a game setting where death isn't permanent (then we'll talk).
•  Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'd like to just take this one case by case.
